GALASHIELS MAN FINED FOR SENDING OFFENSIVE MESSAGES TO EX-PARTNER

A Galashiels man who sent offensive messages to his former partner has been fined £400 at Selkirk Sheriff Court.

The individual, 37-year-old William Mercer, admitted to the offense which occurred at his residence in Wood Street on September 15.
