WILLIAM HOPE FROM CARLISLE CONVICTED OF CHILD SEX ABUSE AND RAPE, SENTENCE IMMINENT
In a disturbing case that spans over two decades, William Hope, a man from Carlisle, has admitted to a series of serious child sex offenses.The court proceedings revealed that Hope, aged 56 and currently without a fixed address, pleaded guilty to a total of 14 charges, which included six counts of rape and four counts of sexual assault.
The allegations involve three different victims who were subjected to his abuse over a prolonged period.
Hope's criminal activities took place from the early 1990s up until March of this year, highlighting a disturbing pattern of predatory behavior that persisted for more than 20 years.
