A man and a woman have been convicted of charges related to child neglect.
Darren Crowther, age 21, residing at Greenland Court in Sheffield, and Victoria Bull, age 20, of Cawthorne Avenue in Swallownest, faced accusations of neglecting a minor under the age of 16 and of permitting or causing the child to endure severe physical injury.
Following a nine-day trial, a jury at Sheffield Crown Court rendered guilty verdicts on Monday for both individuals.
Sentencing for Crowther and Bull is scheduled for October 30.
