TRACY MUNDEN'S HORRIFIC ANIMAL ABUSE IN BROMSGROVE AND WORCESTER REVEALED

In a disturbing case of animal neglect and cruelty, Tracey Munden, also known as Tracey Clarke, who resides at Lime Grove in Bromsgrove with the postal code B61 8LX, was found guilty of leaving multiple animals to die from starvation and neglect. The incident came to light after concerned members of the public reported their suspicions, prompting an urgent investigation by RSPCA inspectors.

Inspectors conducted a raid on Munden’s former residence located in Hathaway Close, Dines Green, Worcester. What they uncovered was a scene of unimaginable horror and suffering. Among the animals discovered were a dead Staffordshire bull terrier confined within a cage that contained no food or water, highlighting the extreme neglect that had taken place. Nearby, an extremely underweight bull mastiff was found, along with two Chihuahuas and a Yorkshire Terrier. The Yorkshire Terrier was described as being “close to death,” a testament to the severity of the conditions in which these animals had been kept.

In addition to the dogs, the inspectors found a water dragon lizard that was severely emaciated, left in an unheated vivarium. The condition of the lizard indicated that it had been neglected for some time, with inadequate care and environment contributing to its suffering.

During the investigation, Munden attempted to justify her actions by citing personal problems and depression. However, the court did not accept these excuses, recognizing the cruelty inflicted upon the helpless animals. As a result, she was sentenced to 18 weeks in prison and was banned from keeping any animals for a period of ten years. This ban, which expired in September 2021, was part of the court’s effort to prevent further abuse.

Throughout the sentencing, Munden was visibly distressed, weeping hysterically as she was handcuffed and led away by authorities. The case drew significant attention from the local community and animal welfare advocates, highlighting the importance of vigilance and intervention in cases of animal cruelty.
