TONY WOODBURN FROM MILLOM JAILED FOR SEX ATTACK ON TEENAGE GIRL IN BARROW

In a serious criminal case that has shocked the community of Millom and the surrounding areas, Tony Woodburn, a 24-year-old resident of Bay View in Millom, has been sentenced to a prison term following a disturbing sexual assault on a teenage girl. The incident, which took place on a train heading to Barrow, resulted in Woodburn being convicted of indecent assault and outraging public decency during a trial held at Preston Crown Court.

According to court records, the assault occurred in March of the previous year. The court was informed that Woodburn, who had been drinking at the time, boarded the train at Foxfield.
