SHEFFIELD MAN TIMOTHY GUEST ACCUSED OF "FORCEFULLY" KIDNAPPING 2 CHILDREN
2021 A man has been charged over five incidents in which women reported having been followed in a Sheffield suburb.Timothy Guest, aged 24, of Rosemary Road, Beighton, has been charged with four counts of public order offences with the intent to cause harassment, alarm or distress using threatening behaviour.
The charges relate to five incidents between 28 December 2020 and 5 January 2021 in Beighton.
Guest has been remanded into custody until he is due to appear at court on February 8.
March 2020 A man accused of forcibly abducting two young girls has had his case postponed again to assess his mental capacity to stand trial.
At Sheffield Crown Court yesterday, Monday, March 16, it was revealed that Timothy James Guest, 23, residing on Arbourthorne Road, faces allegations of unlawfully taking two minors in Sheffield on separate occasions.
Mr.
Guest initially appeared at Sheffield Magistrates' Court, charged with attempting to unlawfully and forcibly or fraudulently remove one girl on December 16, and attempting to do the same with another girl on February 13.
The hearing on March 16 resulted in a delay until March 18, to determine Mr.
Guest's fitness to plead before any trial arrangements scheduled to start on August 4.
Meanwhile, he remains in custody pending the next court session.
