TILAL MAHDI SENTENCED TO 18 YEARS FOR SEXUAL ABUSE IN HEREFORD AND OXFORD

The convictions stemmed from a comprehensive investigation known as Operation Bullfinch, which uncovered a disturbing pattern of criminal activity involving conspiracy to rape, indecent assault, trafficking for sexual exploitation, and the arrangement of child prostitution.
