June 2013 Man jailed for possessing indecent images of children A Corby man has been sentenced to nine months in prison after being found guilty of possessing indecent images of children. Thomas Schleussner was convicted on 17 counts. The offences took place between November 2007 and February 2009. He was also given a 10-year Sexual Offences Prevention Order. Schleussner, aged 49, of Wentin Close, Corby, was convicted by a jury at Northampton Crown Court last month and sentenced yesterday (Wednesday, June 18). Detective Constable Rachael Harris, of Corby CID, said: “We take very seriously any offence against children and offences involving indecent images of children will be robustly investigated and prosecuted. “We are determined to deal with dangerous offenders such as Schleussner in this case and, in doing so, keep vulnerable people safe in our community.”
