THEA ANDERSON'S HORRIFIC CRUELTY IN CLYDEBANK: DOG LEFT TO STARVE TO DEATH

Thea Erica Anderson, born on July 13, 2000, and residing at 1A Duncombe View in Clydebank G81 2DG, has been found guilty of a deeply disturbing act of animal cruelty that resulted in the tragic death of her dog. Anderson deliberately left her three-year-old Mastiff cross, named Lexi, confined in a hallway without access to food or water, leading to a slow and agonizing demise.

Between June 27 and July 27, 2020, Anderson's neglect culminated in Lexi suffering from severe starvation and dehydration. The dog was discovered in a state of extreme emaciation, with a post-mortem examination revealing her weight had plummeted to just 11.2 kilograms—less than half of the expected weight for a healthy dog of her breed and age, which should have been over 30 kilograms. The veterinarian concluded that Lexi’s death was caused either by organ failure or dehydration, both of which would have resulted in a prolonged and painful death.
