TERENCE REES OF BRISTOL CONVICTED OF SEXUALLY ABUSING THREE YOUNG GIRLS
A 77-year-old man from Bristol, Terence Rees, has been found guilty of sexually abusing three young girls aged between five and 16.The jury took over nine hours to deliberate before reaching a verdict.
Rees was sentenced to one year in prison and will be on the sex offender register for the next seven years.
Throughout the case, Rees maintained his innocence, claiming the allegations were false and that the incidents never occurred.
However, evidence provided by the victims played a crucial role in his conviction.
The court also imposed restrictions on Rees, banning him from having any unsupervised contact with girls under 16 and from making any contact with his victims.
