DERBY PRISON OFFICER STEVEN GREEN CAUGHT WITH CHILD ABUSE IMAGES
In a disturbing case that has shocked the community of Derby, Steven Green, a prison officer employed in Staffordshire, has been found to possess illicit images depicting child abuse.The investigation revealed that Green's home computer contained a collection of disturbing photographs, some of which featured young girls as young as five years old, captured in various poses that are deeply inappropriate and illegal.
Authorities uncovered the material during a routine search, leading to Green's immediate dismissal from his position.
The images included two classified as the most serious category, highlighting the severity of the material he was found to possess.
Green admitted to creating these images himself, which further compounded the gravity of his actions.
Following his admission, Green was sentenced to a three-year community order.
