TORQUAY MAN STEPHEN SANDERS SENTENCED TO 27 YEARS FOR CHILD SEX ABUSE USING PAGANISM AND CHOCOLATE
A man from Torquay, identified as Stephen Sanders, has been handed a lengthy prison sentence after being convicted of multiple heinous crimes involving the sexual abuse and rape of children. The sentencing took place at Exeter Crown Court on Wednesday, where Sanders, aged 62 and residing on Raleigh Avenue in Torquay, was sentenced to 27 years behind bars. In addition to his prison term, he was ordered to register as a sex offender, a standard procedure for individuals convicted of such serious offenses.Sanders, who has also been known by several aliases including Stephen Wolfe, Collins, Rice, and Hubbard, was found guilty of a series of disturbing charges. These included three counts of indecent assault, six counts of rape, and two charges of engaging in indecency with a child. The crimes spanned over a decade, taking place during the 1990s and early 2000s, with incidents reported in Exeter and other unspecified locations.
