GREAT YARMOUTH MAN ACCUSED OF MULTIPLE SEX OFFENCES APPEARS IN COURT
A man from Great Yarmouth, 58-year-old Stephen Button, has appeared in court facing multiple allegations of sexual offenses.
He is accused of committing two rapes of a man in Great Yarmouth on December 11, 2021.
He also faces three charges of sexual assault against a man in Great Yarmouth between December 2, 2021, and June 24, 2022.
Furthermore, he is charged with sexually assaulting a man in Beccles on January 29, 2022, and eight counts of sexual assault on a male in Great Yarmouth from October 10, 2021, to December 27, 2022.
Stephen Button and Michael Meredith, 64, from Beccles, have not yet entered pleas and are scheduled to appear at Norwich Crown Court on August 12 for a plea and trial preparation hearing.
Both defendants have been granted unconditional bail.
