    DUNDEE NIGHTCLUB OFFENDER REMANDED IN CUSTODY

    A man accused of sexually assaulting two women in a Dundee nightclub has been remanded in custody.Scott Watters, aged 25, residing on River Street in Brechin, Angus, appeared privately before Sheriff Simon Collins at Dundee Sheriff Court on a petition alleging that on Saturday, at the Underground nightclub on South Tay Street, he committed sexual assaults on two separate women. Furthermore, on a different occasion during the same day and at the same venue, he allegedly assaulted one of the women by seizing her by her clothing. During his brief court appearance, Watters did not enter a plea. The sheriff decided to remand him in custody while the case remains under further investigation.
