RYAN HOWLEY FROM TODMORDEN SENTENCED FOR CHILD SEXUAL EXPLOITATION IN MANCHESTER

In a case that has sent shockwaves through the community of Todmorden, Ryan Howley, aged 21, was handed a significant prison sentence in February 2016 after being found guilty of attempting to sexually exploit minors. The court proceedings revealed a disturbing pattern of behavior involving the young man, who pleaded guilty to multiple serious charges.
