March 2018 Roy Uttley, 50, given 22 year prison sentence for rape and sexual assault A Bradford man has been jailed for 22 years after he was found guilty of charges of rape and sexual assault. His crimes took place over a long period of time, beginning when his victim was 15 years old. Roy Uttley was sentenced following a four-day trial at Bradford Crown Court. Uttley, aged 50, was also served with a Sexual Harm Prevention Order for life and ordered to sign the Sex Offenders’ Register.
