ROY ANDERSON CAUGHT IN BROMLEY: HORRIFIC SEXUAL OFFENSES INVOLVING 13-YEAR-OLD GIRL

In a disturbing case that has shocked the local community, Roy Anderson, a 20-year-old man with ties to Bromley, was convicted of engaging in sexual activities with a 13-year-old girl. The incident came to light when a mother, living in Lincoln, entered her daughter’s bedroom and was met with a scene that would haunt her forever.

According to reports presented at Lincoln Crown Court, the mother had become suspicious after hearing laughter emanating from her daughter’s room. Deciding to investigate further, she entered the room and was confronted with a distressing sight. She found her 13-year-old daughter in bed with Roy Anderson, who was at the time 20 years old. The court described the scene as one where both individuals still had their clothes on but were in a compromising position, with Anderson positioned between the girl’s legs. Although they were not engaged in sexual intercourse at that moment, the situation was deemed highly inappropriate and alarming.

Following Anderson’s departure from the scene, the mother took the initiative to check her daughter’s diary. To her shock, she discovered an entry revealing that her daughter had lost her virginity to Anderson just a few days prior. When questioned about the diary entry, the girl confirmed its accuracy, admitting that she had engaged in sexual activity with Anderson on two separate occasions. The first of these encounters reportedly took place in her own bedroom while her parents were out shopping at Asda late at night.

At the time of the offenses, Anderson was residing in Grantham. However, he later moved to Ranglon Road in Bromley, Kent. In January of this year, Anderson admitted to two charges of sexual activity with a child. His actions led to a court hearing where he was sentenced to 30 months in prison. Additionally, he was ordered to register as a sex offender for life and was prohibited from making any contact with the victim’s family.

Judge Sean Morris addressed Anderson directly during the sentencing, emphasizing the gravity of his actions: “Your victim was a child of 13 at the time. You knew this was wrong and you knew her age.”

Defense attorney Jonathon Dee argued that there was no use of force or coercion in the case, but the court’s decision reflected the serious nature of the crimes committed by Anderson in Bromley and Lincoln.
