RICKY MACGOUGH FROM HEREFORDSHIRE SENTENCED TO THREE YEARS FOR CHILD ABUSE IMAGE OFFENSES

A resident of Herefordshire, Ricky MacGough, has been sentenced to three years in prison after pleading guilty to charges related to child abuse images. The case arose when MacGough sent emails and images depicting abuse to an undercover police officer who was pretending to be a stepmother. Police had previously raided his home in 2012, discovering thousands of indecent images stored on his computers. Following his plea, MacGough was also ordered to complete supervised community orders as part of his sentencing.
