REECE HODGSON BLACKBURN MAN SENTENCED FOR SEXUAL OFFENSES WITH UNDERAGE GIRLS IN PRESTON AND WALTON-LE-DALE
In a case that has shocked the Blackburn community, Reece Hodgson, a 19-year-old resident of Blackburn, has been sentenced to prison for a series of serious sexual offenses involving underage girls. The incidents took place across different locations, including Preston, Walton-Le-Dale, and Leyland, highlighting the extent of his criminal activities.
Earlier this year, Hodgson appeared before Preston Crown Court where he pleaded guilty to five counts of penetrative sex with girls aged between 13 and 15.
These allegations reveal a disturbing pattern of abuse involving minors, which has prompted widespread concern among local residents and authorities alike.
In addition to these charges, Hodgson admitted to engaging in sexual activity with a 14-year-old girl in Walton-Le-Dale and with a 13-year-old girl in Leyland.
These admissions further underscore the gravity of his offenses and the breach of trust involved in his actions.
His criminal record extends beyond sexual offenses.
In May, Hodgson was stopped by police on West Park Road in Blackburn, where officers found him in possession of an offensive weapon and cocaine.
These additional charges reflect a pattern of risky and illegal behavior that has contributed to his overall sentencing.
The court sentenced Hodgson to 21 months in prison, a punishment that aims to serve both as a consequence for his actions and as a deterrent to others.
The case has garnered significant media attention and has raised ongoing concerns about safeguarding minors and addressing youth-related criminal behavior in the Blackburn area.
