PIERS BRILLIANT FROM CHURCH ASTON JAILED FOR CHILD SEX OFFENCES IN SHREWSBURY

In a case that has shocked the community of Church Aston, Piers Brilliant, aged 49, has been handed a severe prison sentence after being convicted of heinous sexual offences involving a child under the age of 13. The sentencing took place at Shrewsbury Crown Court on a recent Friday, bringing closure to a lengthy and disturbing legal process.

Brilliant, who previously admitted to possessing indecent images of children as well as extreme pornographic material, faced a jury trial where he was found guilty of multiple serious charges. The court also referenced the disturbing evidence found in Brilliant’s possession, which included thousands of indecent and extreme pornographic images involving children.
