HARTLEPOOL MAN JAILED FOR CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE
A man with a history of voyeurism and child abuse has received a seven-year jail term for offenses committed in the past. Phillip Roland Calingasan, age 53, was convicted by Durham Crown Court on February 25 of serious crimes including eight counts of engaging in sexual acts with a minor, voyeurism, sexual assault, and participating in sexual activity in the presence of a child.
