PAUL TAYLOR FROM ELSWICK INVOLVED IN CHILD PORN CASE AT NEWCASTLE'S CENTRE FOR LIFE

In a disturbing case that has shocked the local community, Paul Taylor, a 23-year-old resident of Elswick, has admitted to possessing and creating indecent images of children. The incident came to light in May when police executed a search warrant at his residence on Sceptre Place, Elswick, leading to a significant seizure of illegal material.

During the police raid, officers uncovered more than 5,000 photographs and 15 video clips depicting child exploitation. It was revealed that Taylor had not only stored these images but also reproduced many of them, having downloaded approximately 500 different photographs from the internet. At Newcastle Crown Court, Taylor pleaded guilty to four charges of making indecent images of children, along with an additional charge of possession of such material.
