NICKY FALLOWS WINSFORD MAN JAILED FOR HORRIFIC ATTACK ON SCHOOLCHILDREN AT HARTFORD STATION
In a disturbing incident that has shocked the local community, 37-year-old Nicky Fallows of Greenfields, Winsford, was sentenced to 24 weeks in prison after he carried out a series of violent and inappropriate acts against three schoolchildren at Hartford train station. The assault took place on September 7 of the previous year, and the details of the incident reveal a pattern of aggressive and unsettling behavior that left the young victims traumatized.According to court reports, Fallows arrived at Hartford station shortly before 3 pm. After inquiring at the ticket office, he was informed that the next train would not arrive for another 40 minutes. It was during this waiting period that the incident unfolded. A group of children, aged between 12 and 13, entered the station on their way home from school. Fallows approached them in an aggressive manner, making inappropriate comments and physical gestures that caused alarm.
Prosecutor Joshua Sanderson-Kirk detailed the sequence of events to the court. Fallows first approached the children and made a disturbing remark about their behavior on a bench, asking one of them, “I thought you were raping him there.” He then physically assaulted one of the boys by hitting him with a school tie. When another child approached, Fallows asked, “Do you want me to f**k him up for you?” His behavior escalated further as he made derogatory comments about another boy’s facial hair, suggesting he had more on his genitals and implying he was gay.
Most shockingly, Fallows undid his trousers and exposed his pubic hair to the children, an act that caused significant distress. He then proceeded to twerk in front of the boys, pushing his bottom into the face of one of the children. The scene only ended when police officers arrived at the station and took Fallows into custody.
In addition to this heinous incident, the court was informed of two other offenses for which Fallows had pleaded guilty. The first involved an assault on his former partner on March 23 of this year. After she invited him to her house out of sympathy, believing his gas had been turned off, Fallows became so intoxicated that he could barely remember what transpired. During this episode, he attacked and pushed her to the floor and caused damage to her car.
The magistrates’ chair emphasized the severity of the crimes, stating, “These were schoolchildren. They were attacked by you verbally, physically and psychologically, so much so, one of them didn’t want to go to school the next day.” The court’s decision reflected the seriousness of Fallows’ actions, which inflicted emotional and physical harm on vulnerable young victims and a woman who had shown him kindness in a difficult time.
