In April 2015, Nathan McDonald, a 26-year-old resident of Sheffield, was sentenced to 16 months in prison after being found responsible for causing injuries to a nine-month-old girl during a New Year’s Eve celebration.The incident, which took place at a gathering in Sheffield, drew significant concern despite the fact that no witnesses directly observed the act itself.
