NATHAN GILLIE FROM JEDBURGH BANNED FROM EX-PARTNERS FOR THREE YEARS AFTER ABUSIVE BEHAVIOR

A 31-year-old man named Nathan Gillie, who resides in Jedburgh, has been legally restricted from approaching or contacting two former partners following a conviction related to abusive conduct.

The court proceedings, held at Jedburgh Sheriff Court, resulted in Gillie being issued two Non-Harassment Orders, each designed to prevent any form of communication or interaction with the women involved for a period of three years.

In addition to these restraining measures, Gillie was sentenced to a community payback order, which includes mandatory supervision.

This order aims to monitor his behavior and ensure compliance with the court’s directives.

Furthermore, he was instructed to participate in the Caledonian Men’s programme, a rehabilitative initiative targeting men who have exhibited abusive or problematic behavior, and this requirement will be in effect for the next two years.
