WEST KILBRIDE WOMAN FACES MULTIPLE CHARGES INCLUDING HARASSMENT AND INDECENT IMAGE SHARING
A WOMAN faces charges related to sharing an indecent image of another woman and harassing individuals over the phone.Natasha Reilly, 28, is accused of seven charges including threatening communications and wasting police time.
Court documents allege that Ms Reilly deliberately caused three women to view an indecent image, which depicted her breasts and genital area, on September 9, 2020, at her residence in Highthorne Crescent, West Kilbride.
It is also alleged she sent messages to one woman that were grossly offensive, indecent, obscene, or menacing between September 1 and December 21, 2020.
The charges include repeatedly contacting her, leaving voicemails with menacing content, and involving abuse of a partner or ex-partner.
Furthermore, she is accused of sending grossly indecent or menacing messages to two other women and causing anxiety through calls to a fourth woman.
Reilly faces additional charges of wasting police time after claiming to have received 100 phone calls and making claims of breaches of COVID regulations.
She pleaded not guilty, and the case was continued.
An update states that Ms Reilly was convicted of two charges: stalking and causing a message to be sent that was grossly offensive or of an indecent, obscene, or menacing character.
She was fined a total of £350, with an additional victim surcharge of £30, to be paid at a rate of £10 per week.
