A FORMER female MP was involved in a paedophile network at the heart of government, police have been told. She is alleged to have forced a boy in care to perform a “vile”  sex act at one of a series of drug-fuelled parties in Westminster in the Eighties where boys and girls as young as 13 were allegedly abused. Last night her alleged victim told the Sunday Express: “I want justice.” Andrew Ash, now 45, said he has given Scotland Yard the name of the former MP. We cannot name her for legal reasons. Mr Ash claims he was frequently ferried down to London from the North of England, where he was in care, to take part in sex parties. He says they were organised by a paedophile ring involving David Smith, Jimmy Savile’s former chauffeur who killed himself last year before he was due to stand trial for sex offences. He said: “It wasn’t just politicians, there were also a number of celebrities, including Jimmy Savile, who seemed to have a lot of good links to MPs and powerful businessmen. “There was usually drugs like cocaine and speed available as well as bottles of champagne.” Of his encounter with the female MP, he said: “She was extremely drunk and was laughing as she did it. “I didn’t really know what was going on but the others around her were goading her on. “I must have been about 13 years old at the time and felt humiliated.” We can also reveal that security services have been working closely with Yard detectives because of the highly sensitive nature of the allegations. The Sunday Express understands police seized video footage and photographs of an alleged sex party from a well-known paedophile last year. Mr Ash claims officers have footage which shows a senior male MP in the same frame as him, although no abuse takes place on camera. He said he is speaking out now because he is frustrated by the lack of action after being interviewed for 70 hours by the Met Police’s Paedophile Unit. He says he was abused by the male MP on another occasion too. He said: “I remember being filmed with this MP, who was abusing me in a garage of a very prominent building behind a Rolls-Royce. “Another politician turned up with a video camera but the man abusing me just smirked and joked, ‘OK, OK, I’ll vote any way you want’ as if he was being blackmailed. What I want to know is why they haven’t arrested him yet if they have this evidence. “All I want is justice and for the truth to come out because these people have been protected for far too long.” Mr Ash said two Met officers called at his home in Yorkshire last May. Interviews were conducted mainly at a safe house in Bridlington, East Yorkshire, but also in London. “The interviews were usually carried out in blocks of three, normally every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. “On at least two occasions there were two other officers present that I didn’t recognise. They didn’t ask me a thing, they just scribbled notes. “I asked who they were but all I was told was that they were from ‘upstairs’. It was clear from the tone that they were intelligence officers. “They had obviously been made aware of the high-profile names and the sensitive information I had given police.” Mr Ash also told police he was abused by a big-name celebrity. They are also talking to one victim who can also be seen on the footage We can also reveal that photographic evidence of the same victim at other ‘sex parties’ in London was amongst other material seized this summer from a known convicted paedophile, who cannot be named at present for legal reasons Well known and depraved paedophiles attended the parties including MP Cyril Smith and top judges Police believe that some of the ‘sex parties’ were organized by Sidney Cooke, the notorious paedophile who led a ring of four accomplices – Leslie Bailey, Robert Oliver, Lennie Smith and Steven Barrell who were jailed for killing 14-year-old Jason Swift in Hackney, east London after gang raping him 1984.  They each paid £5 to have sex with Jason in the Kingsmead flat. He was later found strangled in a shallow grave on the outskirts of London. For more on the Sidney Cooke paedophile ring click this link Child killer: Rapist Sidney Cooke Leslie Bailey was murdered by hanging by other paedophiles in Whitemoor prison. Lennie Smith died of aids in 1996. Steven Barrell was freed in 1996 and his location is unknown.  Sidney Cooke is still locked up in Wakefield prison Robert Oliver (pictured below) was again jailed in July 2013 after inviting children into his home – For latest on Oliver click this link In a chilling development the detectives are investigating whether cooke was involved in a incident which a pre-teen boy was strangled to death during a sustained sexual attack at the basement flat in London Detectives have interviewed what they believe to be a key witness to the murder The witness was around 12 at the time, and he was also strangled and sexually abused during the three day ordeal. The witness dates the attack as the summer of 1980 or 1981 He told police how Cooke had abducted him and a young boy from a fairground He said he knew Cooke as ‘fairground Sid’. He said Cooke used his job on a travelling fair to groom and/or abduct children by offering them sweets, free rides or turns on his ‘test your strength’ machine The witness said,”It was exciting because he was making a fuss of you, and you could go on all the fairground rides, one after another” He said Cooke gave him and another young boy a drugged drink and drove them away. They awoke to find themselves chained to a bed in a mouldy basement He claimed Cooke and another man repeatedly strangled him and the younger boy close to the point of death while raping them. The other boy ended up dead and his body was disposed of, according to the witness “Sidney Cooke left me for dead” A third paedophile at the property panicked after the younger boys killing and helped the witness to escape The witness said, he felt “like he was the one who got away” He saw Cooke several times later, including in Amsterdam. He claimed that Cooke had told him that he was lucky to of survived and warned him that if he did ever tell anyone he would be killed Police now believe they know who the younger boy was We are not naming the boy as his identity has not been confirmed beyond any doubt and out of concern of raising false hope for relatives that an unsolved murder investigation had been solved The Met’s police paedophile unit is also investigating Cooke’s role in the sexual abuse and murder of other young boys On 17 December 1999, Cooke received two life sentences, and the judge told Cooke that he would only be considered for release after he had served a minimum of a five-year jail sentence. He has remained incarcerated since. Cooke has since suffered a stroke while in prison, and has been provided with a specially adapted mechanical bed due to his impaired mobility.
While in prison, Cooke has struck a friendship with a fellow paedophile dubbed “Britain’s Josef Fritzl.” The pair who are hated by everyone in Wakefield prison, but are said to be inseparable. One insider said: “It’s almost a perfect match – two sickos getting together to form some kind of twisted bond.” Cooke applied for parole in 2004. It was refused, but it is understood that he may apply parole again within two years. He is now 86 years old The Met police is also helping Dutch police investigate allegations that Cooke sexually abused and killed boys in Amsterdam In a separate investigation last month, police searched the London home of Labour  MP and Lord Greville Janner as part of an investigation into historic child sex allegations.
