MATTHEW O’DARE SENTENCED IN BATH FOR CHILD INDECENCY OFFENSES
Matthew Ian O’Dare, a 38-year-old now residing in North Cornwall with connections to Bath, Ramsgate, and Dover in Kent, has been sentenced for offenses involving indecent images of a child.
The incident took place in Farmborough, where O’Dare was found to have made video clips depicting a child in an indecent manner.
During a hearing at Bath Magistrates Court last week, O’Dare admitted to producing seven video clips, which ranged from the more severe Category 4 images to less severe Category 1 images.
He also pleaded guilty to possessing a total of 19 movie clips and 78 indecent images of children.
As a result, O’Dare was sentenced to 14 weeks in prison, suspended for two years.
Additionally, he was ordered to register as a sex offender for the next seven years and to complete a 42-day rehabilitation order.
