MARTIN FOSTER OF HUDDERSFIELD SENTENCED FOR CHILD AND EXTREME PORNOGRAPHY OFFENSES
In February 2019, a man from Huddersfield, Martin Foster, was sentenced after being found in possession of extreme pornographic material and indecent images of children.
Foster, 34, residing on Browning Road in Deighton, faced three charges related to making indecent photographs or pseudo-photographs of a child between August 2011 and May 2018.
He was also charged with possessing an 'extreme pornographic image' depicting an act likely to cause serious injury, along with another count of possessing an indecent photograph or pseudo-photograph of a child.
The offences occurred at his home address.
His case was heard at Leeds Crown Court on a Friday.
Foster admitted all the charges and was sentenced to prison terms ranging from four to eight months for each offence.
However, the sentences were ordered to run concurrently and were suspended for 18 months.
