A man named Mark Pentith, residing in Stirling, has been exposed for engaging in highly disturbing online communications with what he believed to be a 13-year-old girl.The incident came to light during a court hearing, where it was revealed that Pentith had been involved in explicit and inappropriate exchanges via social media chat platforms.
According to court reports, Pentith initiated contact with an undercover officer operating a fake profile on ChatIW, under the alias 'Luv A Te3n.' The officer was posing as a minor named Maisie, claiming to be 13 years old.
It was during these interactions that Pentith expressed his desire to communicate with teenage girls, revealing his intentions openly.
The court was shown a series of messages exchanged between Pentith and the decoy account.
In these messages, he inquired about other social media platforms and suggested moving the conversation to Snapchat, where he provided a profile under the name 'Mark P.' The exchanges quickly turned disturbing, with Pentith making explicit requests and comments.
