MARK HEWITT OF THATCHAM FACES JUSTICE FOR NEGLIGENT TREATMENT OF LORIKEET PARROTS
Mark Hewitt, a resident of Marsh Road in Thatcham, Berkshire, has been found guilty of neglecting his lorikeet parrots in a case that has drawn significant attention from animal welfare authorities.The conviction was handed down in Reading magistrates court after Hewitt admitted to four separate charges related to the improper care of his exotic birds.
