MARK DAVIS GROOMED BOYS IN CORBY AND CARDIFF, CONVICTED OF MULTIPLE SEXUAL OFFENCES

A well-known children’s entertainer has been found guilty of numerous sexual offences after engaging in a disturbing pattern of grooming young boys through their single mothers, promising them visits to the BBC's EastEnders set. Mark Davis, aged 55, exploited his professional position and trust while working in Cardiff, where he targeted vulnerable boys by establishing a false sense of security before abusing them.

His criminal actions included three counts of rape, nine counts of indecent assault, and a charge of taking indecent photographs of a child. The court proceedings revealed the extent of his manipulative tactics, which involved grooming and exploiting the innocence of young boys under his influence.

Following his conviction, the court ordered Davis to be remanded into custody until his sentencing, scheduled for March.
