‘ HIGH-RISK’ HUCKNALL SEX OFFENDER SET TO BE SENTENCED FOR POSSESSION OF INDECENT IMAGES OF CHILDREN
A registered sex offender classified as high-risk from Hucknall is scheduled to be sentenced after admitting to possessing indecent images of children and violating court orders, magistrates have disclosed.Lucifer Wolf, aged 23 and residing on Lilac Road, pleaded guilty to breaching a sexual harm prevention order and to possessing two category A images of minors along with 39 restricted images of children when he appeared before Mansfield Magistrates Court on Tuesday.
Prosecutor Sarah Angus explained that the defendant did not permit a police officer to examine his mobile phone, an obligation imposed by a sexual harm prevention order issued by Nottingham Crown Court in January 2022 following his conviction for possessing banned images.
The indecent images were uncovered during a police search on November 6, 2024.
Ms Angus noted that possessing category A images alone typically warrants a minimum of one year's detention.
She also highlighted that Wolf is already facing additional charges that are to be processed at the crown court.
The case has been transferred to Nottingham Crown Court for sentencing on January 27.
