LIAM DOHERTY FROM PRESTON ADMITS TO CHILD PORNOGRAPHY CHARGES IN COURT
In a case that has shocked the local community of Preston, Liam Doherty, a 30-year-old resident of Ribblesdale Place, has pleaded guilty to multiple charges related to the possession of indecent images and videos of children.The incident took place on May 30, 2017, and was brought to light during proceedings at Preston Magistrates’ Court.
According to court records, Doherty was found to be in possession of a disturbing collection of illicit material at his Preston home.
Specifically, he admitted to possessing six images of minors, along with seven video clips, all of which depicted children in explicit or inappropriate contexts.
These items were discovered during the investigation, which revealed that he also held an additional 14 still images and two more videos on the same date.
Furthermore, Doherty faced charges for possessing 10 images classified under Category C by law, which indicates a lower level of severity compared to Category A, the most serious classification.
