October 2018 Aberdeen man sentenced after flashing at two teenage girls A sex offender has been ordered to carry out unpaid work after flashing at two teenage girls. Lewis Cook, 23, appeared in court yesterday for sentencing having previously pled guilty to the offence. He admitted intentionally exposing his genitals in a sexual manner to the two secondary school-aged children at Kincorth Hill in Aberdeen. The incident happened on July 4. Sheriff Ian Wallace ordered Cook, whose address was given in court as Loirston Way, Cove, to carry out 90 hours of unpaid work. He also ordered him to be supervised for 12 months and to undertake the Aberdeenshire Sex Offenders’ Programme as part of his supervision. Cook was also made subject to the notification requirements of the sex offenders’ act for 12 months.
