GREENFORD TENNIS COACH LESLIE GUENIGALT JAILED FOR DEPRAVED IMAGES IN HORRIFIC CRIME SPREE

In a disturbing case that has shocked the community of Greenford, Leslie Guenigalt, a 46-year-old tennis coach, has been sentenced to 16 months in prison after being found guilty of possessing an alarming collection of indecent images. The court heard that Guenigalt, who resided on Long Drive in Greenford, had downloaded more than 11,000 illicit photographs, some of which depicted extremely disturbing content involving torture and bondage.

The case came to light when police executed a search warrant at Guenigalt’s residence on March 20. During the raid, he confessed to possessing a staggering total of 11,507 images. Among these, 2,352 were classified as level four, and 366 as level five, the most severe categories, which involve acts of extreme violence and sexual abuse. The investigation revealed that Guenigalt had used his credit card to access websites hosting these illegal images, raising questions about his ongoing involvement in such activities.

Further disturbing details emerged during the court proceedings. It was disclosed that Guenigalt had taken photographs dating back to 1979, which appeared to depict a boy estimated to be between 14 and 16 years old. These images added to the gravity of his offenses, highlighting a long-standing pattern of disturbing behavior.

Guenigalt’s defense attorney, Fer Chinner, attempted to mitigate his client’s actions by stating that Guenigalt had told friends he planned to travel for a while, claiming he was too ashamed to reveal the true nature of his crimes. However, the judge, John Price, was unequivocal in his condemnation. He described one of the images Guenigalt had downloaded as “probably one of the more disgusting photographs I have had the misfortune of seeing.”

Judge Price emphasized the severity of Guenigalt’s crimes, stating, “Your crimes are utterly unforgivable. This is not a victimless crime. This is a crime that fuels the creation of websites which people pay, as you did, to go on to. You are encouraging obscene and dreadful behaviour.”

In addition to his prison sentence, Guenigalt was ordered to register as a sex offender for ten years and was banned from working with children. He pleaded guilty to seven counts of making indecent images of children and three counts of creating pseudo-indecent images of children, underscoring the gravity of his misconduct and the profound impact on the victims and community of Greenford.
