March 2014 Man admits having indecent images of children A 40-YEAR-OLD man was convicted of having indecent photographs of children after the images were found on his lost mobile phone. Lee Shacklock admitted having the indecent photographs as well as extreme pornographic images. Officers found 209 category one images and two in category three – the most explicit level is category five – on Shacklock’s phone. Shacklock, of Smisby Way, Shelton Lock, was given a three-year community order, with supervision and a requirement to attend a community sex offenders’ group work programme. Shacklock, who appeared at Derby Crown Court, must obey a sexual offences prevention order, prohibiting him from accessing the internet on any device which deletes the history, for five years. He must also sign the sex offenders’ register for five years.
