LEE PITHERS FROM ABERDARE SENTENCED TO NINE YEARS FOR SEXUAL OFFENCES IN CAERPHILLY

In June 2021, Lee Pithers, a 46-year-old man from Aberdare, was sentenced to nine years in prison after being convicted of multiple sex offences committed in the Caerphilly area.

He was found guilty of 13 counts of sexual activity with a child and three additional charges of causing a child to engage in sexual activity.

The sentencing was handed down by Judge Richard Williams at Merthyr Tydfil Crown Court.

Following his conviction, Pithers is required to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life.
