KRISTEN LUKESS, FORMER SEX OFFENDER, JAILED IN PLYMOUTH FOR BREACHING COURT ORDER
A transgender woman and former sex offender, Kristen Lukess, aged 50, has been sentenced to 20 months in prison after she violated a court order by residing with a child and failing to disclose her prior convictions.Lukess stayed at a house with an 11-year-old child without informing the child's mother, thereby breaching her sexual offences prevention order.
The court was told that she has been experiencing distress related to her gender transition.
She was sentenced at Plymouth Crown Court, where she was also issued a new sexual harm prevention order to replace her previous one.
