September 2017 Man guilty of possession of indecent images of children A man has avoided a prison sentence after police found indecent images of young girls on his mobile phone Kevin Dent, formerly of Bromley, Kent, but now living in Norwich Road, Watton, Norfolk appeared at Croydon Crown Court where he admitted: Making Indecent photographs or pseudo-photograph of child the court was told that indecent images of children were found on his mobile phone.  The images were mainly prepubescent girls Dent was sentenced to:  8 months Imprisonment which was suspended for 24 months He was told that he must undertake all Rehabilitation Activity Requirements as directed by an authorised provider of Probation for 60 days as directed. A Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO) for a period of 10 years was imposed and he was made subject to the sex offender register for a period of 10 years.
