WINSFORD MAN WHO COLLECTED EXTREME PORN MUST COMPLETE UNPAID WORK
A WINSFORD man who collected more than 100 extreme porn images over seven months has been ordered to carry out unpaid work.
Joshua Clarke, of John Street, had initially denied possessing 112 images and 24 images portraying bestiality, but changed his plea to guilty on February 28 earlier this year.
Appearing at Chester Crown Court for sentencing on April 30, it was heard the 24-year-old had collected the images between November 7, 2020, and May 22, 2021.
Judge Michael Leeming handed Clarke a 12-month community order, in which he must complete 200 hours of unpaid work.
Clarke must also complete 12 mental health treatment sessions and up to 35 rehabilitation activity days.
An order was also made to deprive Clarke, who must pay a surcharge of £95, of his mobile phone.
