JORDANA DAVIDSON'S SHOCKING CRIMES IN RHYL AND LIVERPOOL REVEALED

In July 2020, a disturbing case emerged involving Jordana Davidson, a woman with a troubling history of sexual offenses, whose actions have sent shockwaves through the communities of Rhyl and Liverpool. Davidson, who was just 20 years old at the time, was found to have engaged in manipulative and predatory behavior towards young girls, exploiting her gender presentation to deceive and victimize her victims.

Her criminal history dates back to 2018, when she was sentenced to two and a half years in prison for multiple counts of sexual activity with a minor. During her teenage years, Davidson, who had short hair and often pretended to be male, began a sexual relationship with her first victim when she was approximately 15 or 16 years old. Her pattern of predatory behavior continued as she later engaged in sexual acts with a 13-year-old girl, again misleading her about her gender identity to facilitate the abuse.

Following her release from prison on May 8 of the previous year, Davidson moved to Liverpool, where she was taken in by an adult woman who was unaware of her criminal past. This woman, also a former inmate, introduced Davidson to her 15-year-old daughter, unaware of the danger that the predator posed. Liverpool Crown Court heard that Davidson was subject to an indefinite Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO), which explicitly prohibited her from any contact with children under 16 unless such contact was accidental or with the informed consent of the child's parent or guardian.

Prosecutor Michael Stephenson explained that the mother, who was also an ex-convict, had taken Davidson under her wing because she believed Davidson was being bullied. She was under the impression that Davidson's previous convictions were related to drugs or violence, and thought she was a relatively harmless young woman due to her youthful appearance. Between May 31 and June 7, Davidson reportedly met with the girl about ten times, although there was suspicion of private meetings beyond those documented.

Police investigations revealed that Davidson and the 15-year-old exchanged a staggering 111 text messages and 121 phone calls within just over a week. Davidson later admitted to police that she and the girl had met twice alone but insisted that no physical activity occurred during these meetings. However, on June 7, a confrontation occurred when the mother, walking ahead of Davidson and her daughter, overheard an argument. She heard her daughter telling Davidson, “I could get you killed,” and then heard her daughter say, “this soft c*** said she is in love with me.” Davidson was seen crying and apologizing at that moment.

Following this incident, authorities were contacted, and Davidson was recalled to prison on license. An examination of her mobile phone revealed the extent of her communication with the girl, with the two exchanging numerous messages and calls. The girl, however, refused to cooperate with police interviews and at one point claimed Davidson had done nothing wrong. When questioned in November, Davidson admitted to having a “romantic attachment” to the girl and stated she considered her a girlfriend. She also claimed that the girl’s mother was aware of their relationship, a claim the mother denied.

Currently residing without a fixed address but formerly living on Rosehill Road in Rhyl, North Wales, Davidson, now aged 22, pleaded guilty to breaching her SHPO. Her previous convictions include five counts of sexual activity with a child in February 2018. Judge Neil Flewitt, QC, criticized police for an “inexplicable and inexcusable” delay in processing her case, noting that if Davidson had been sentenced in December, the time elapsed would have been counted towards her sentence. The judge expressed confidence that Davidson understood the restrictions imposed by her SHPO but accused her of deliberately flouting the order.

While acknowledging that the girl was “perfectly happy” to have contact with Davidson, the judge emphasized that she was not old enough to make such decisions and deserved protection from her. He expressed concern that, given Davidson’s past offenses and personality disorders, her relationship with the girl could have developed into a physical one, which would have caused serious harm. As a result, Davidson was sentenced to 14 months in prison. The judge urged her to take advantage of available courses and counseling during her time in custody, warning that continued offending would lead to longer sentences.

In a related case from February 2018, Davidson was convicted of similar predatory behavior involving two schoolgirls. She had manipulated them into believing she was a boy, which facilitated her sexual exploitation of the victims. The court heard that she had engaged in sexual activity with one girl aged 13 and was significantly older than the other victim. Prosecutors described her as controlling, obsessive, and dominant, with Facebook communications revealing her manipulative nature. Judge Rhys Rowlands sentenced her to two and a half years in prison, imposing an indefinite Sexual Harm Prevention Order and a five-year restraining order to prevent her from contacting the victims again.

These cases highlight the disturbing pattern of Jordana Davidson’s predatory conduct, which has caused significant concern among law enforcement and the public alike. Her actions, both in Rhyl and Liverpool, underscore the importance of vigilant monitoring and strict enforcement of protective orders to safeguard vulnerable children from individuals with a history of sexual offenses.
