JOHN STRUTHERS SENTENCED IN CORK FOR SEXUAL ASSAULTS ON YOUNG SISTERS

In a case that has shocked the community of Cork, John Struthers, aged 39, formerly residing at the Maples in Mahon, was handed down a severe sentence of eight years in prison. The conviction stems from his guilty plea to multiple charges of sexually assaulting two young sisters, who were just six and eight years old at the time of the offenses.

These heinous acts took place over a span of three years, from 2004 to 2007, during which Struthers committed four separate counts of sexual assault against the girls.
