KELSO MAN FINED FOR ASSAULT AND AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR
A 44-year-old man from Kelso, John Pretswell, has been fined £250 at Selkirk Sheriff Court after pleading guilty to a series of aggressive behaviors.
He was involved in an incident at his property in Priors Court, Kelso, on November 26, where he shouted and swore, acted aggressively, and struck a door.
In addition to the fine, a victim surcharge of £20 was imposed.
The court also issued a Non-Harassment Order preventing him from having contact with his former wife for 12 months.
