July 2018 Surrey child “predator” jailed for serious sex attacks An Addlestone man has been jailed for 17 years for sex attacks on a child. 47-year-old Jason Hill, from Beech Grove, began offending when he was just 13-years-old. He raped and assaulted an 8-year-old girl on a number of occasions until she was 15-years-old. He also raped a second female in 2011. After both victims disclosed what had happened to them, Hill was arrested on suspicion of rape on 30 March 2016. After being released on bail, he was rearrested on 31 March 2017 after new evidence came to light. Jason denied all the charges when interviewed, and pleaded not guilty in court. Hill was found guilty of five offences, including two counts of rape, and three counts of indecent assault at Kingston Crown Court. He was sentenced on 13 July, also at Kingston Crown Court, to a total of 17 years imprisonment. He has also been placed on the Sex Offenders Register for life and is barred from working with children.
