GALASHIELS MAN FINED £400 FOR BAIL BREACH BY MESSAGING EX-PARTNER

A GALASHIELS man has admitted breaching his bail conditions by sending messages to his former partner when he was not supposed to have any contact.

Twenty-eight-year-old James Stockman, of Gala Park, was fined £400 at Selkirk Sheriff Court.

He was also ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge for the offence which happened on September 10.
