JAMES CURNICK FROM EASTLEIGH SENTENCED FOR PREDATORY BEHAVIOR IN PORTSMOUTH AND SURROUNDING AREAS
In a case that has sent shockwaves through the local communities, James Curnick, a 41-year-old man from Eastleigh, has been sentenced to two years in prison after being found guilty of multiple sexual offenses involving minors.
The crimes took place over a period of nearly two years, during which Curnick targeted young girls aged between 12 and 15 in the areas surrounding Portsmouth, including Locks Heath, Stubbington, and Warsash.
According to court records, Curnick, who works as a building site agent and was residing on Kipling Road in Eastleigh, was actively prowling the streets in his red Jaguar, searching for victims.
His predatory behavior first came to light on July 20, 2006, when he approached a 12-year-old girl in Centre Way, Locks Heath.
