WORCESTER MAN ADMITS TO SEXUALLY ASSAULTING 11-YEAR-OLD AT TRAIN STATION
A man has confessed to sexually assaulting an 11-year-old girl at a railway station in Worcester.Jake Spooner, aged 28, appeared before Worcester Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, June 9, charged with assaulting a girl under 13 by physical contact.
He admitted to the charge and was released on bail ahead of his next court appearance at Kidderminster Magistrates' Court on July 7.
An interim sexual harm prevention order was issued against the 28-year-old, restricting him from approaching, touching, or communicating with women he does not know while using any public transportation unless they are staff members and he has no alternative.
Additionally, he is prohibited from consuming alcohol on any public transport.
This sexual harm prevention order remains in effect until his upcoming court hearing.
