OFFENDERS' CHAOS AT CELTIC MANOR: DRINKING, FLASHING, AND ASSAULTS LEAD TO JAIL
A woman named Jade Williams, aged 27, caused chaos during her birthday celebration at the Celtic Manor hotel near Newport.
