He pleaded guilty on April 1 this year.
Appearing in Basingstoke Magistrates' Court on May 7, Tevlin was handed a number of restrictions as part of the sentencing.
Tevlin is required to comply with several conditions under a Sexual Harm Prevention Order.
This order, effective until May 2030, includes multiple prohibitions designed to prevent the defendant from engaging in activities that could enable further harm.
Tevlin is banned from owning, using, or controlling any internet-enabled devices, including smartphones, computers, and tablets, unless these devices are declared to a designated offender manager within three days of acquisition.
Additionally, he must allow any internet-enabled devices to be inspected by the police, including installing risk management software where applicable.
The court also placed strict limitations on Tevlin's use of broadband and storage devices.
These include mandatory inspections of any routers or cloud storage accounts, as well as an order preventing the use of encryption or other software designed to conceal internet activity.
If the defendant attempts to dispose of any devices, such as mobile phones or laptops, without police approval, it will constitute a breach of the order.
In addition to these restrictions, Tevlin was sentenced to a community order, which will run until May 2027.
As part of the order, he is required to complete 120 hours of unpaid work within 12 months.
Furthermore, he must attend 40 days of rehabilitation activity and comply with any other instructions issued by a supervising officer.
